If you are interested in a leisurely yet delicious breakfast, I would recommend giving Chez Waffle a try. It’s a wonderful little gem and although it’s not located near the other restaurants at the marina, it is well worth your effort to get-up-and-go! They are open Tuesday to Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and are located on Punta Matzoma Street #33. Go pass the school and turn left, and go straight to the corner, then turn right. Chez Waffle is on the right-hand side, almost near the end of the street.
Chez Waffle has an extensive breakfast menu with all your favorites, in addition to some very creative fare. And don’t let the small building fool you. Chez Waffle sits on a large property with outside seating in the front, air-conditioned seating inside, and more outdoor seating in the back of the property. With its bright and colorful chairs, tables, and umbrellas, it certainly adds to the Caribbean ambiance.
Now, lets get to the fun part…BREAKFAST! The word YUM doesn’t seem to do it justice. But if I use any stronger language, I’ll stop writing this blog post and head straight to Chez Waffle. Trust me when I say they have something for everyone. You will certainly need to go back more than once to experience everything on their menu. So, check it out for yourself. But in the meantime, here’s some photos.
