Upon my arrival, I was escorted into this beautiful spa, thoroughly discussed the services I wanted, reviewed the price list for clarification, and started to be WOWED!
I must admit that after reviewing their price list, I decided to treat myself to their pedicure pro, which included a 20-minute foot massage. Janet did such an excellent job on my feet. The massage was heavenly, and I dozed off a couple of times. While Janet was busy trying not to wake me, Paula was engaged in getting my nails in tip-top shape. There are very few places in Quintana Roo that can provide dipping nails services, but she did an excellent job. With all this pampering going on, I decided to treat myself to a couple of other services (some things a girl just doesn’t talk about, or in this case write about in a blog post…shhh) to round out my experience, and Jas was the perfect person for that. I really did have a ME day and it was perfect!
The building is beautiful and has the perfect ambiance for a day of pampering for women and men. And don’t be fooled thinking that the place is too tiny to accommodate you and a group of friends if you decide to take some friends and make a day out of it. The place is large with several pedicure and manicure stations. In addition, they have an upstairs area where they provide all their other services.
I strongly recommend Monica Manicure & Styling Salon. I can’t wait for my next appointment.
SIDE NOTE: After all that massaging and pampering, I had the best night’s sleep!
