When we lived in Playacar Fase II in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, we would walk pass the Xaman Ha Aviary on an almost daily basis. I’m embarrassed to say that we never took the time or opportunity to explore this attraction.

Absentee Voting for November 2016 Presidential Election
Before returning to Mexico, I had the opportunity to participate in the early voting process for the 2016 Presidential election. Virginia allows you to vote up to 45 days before the election. Check with your local elections officials to determine if early voting is available in your state.

House Calls. Imagine a time in your life when you were ill and did not have the energy to get dressed and venture too far from your sick bed and comfy pj’s to obtain medical care. Well, for those of us that are over the age of 21…ok, let’s just say over 50, you may remember a time when doctors made house calls. Those were the good old days, and I honestly thought they were over.
