Isla Mujeres is a quaint little beach town that has the vibe of a bustling vacation resort, yet still feels like a small community. Its relaxed environment, beautiful beaches, and boardwalk along the Caribbean Sea, makes this a must-see place on your things to do list.
As a member of several forums, my reading often comes upon the inevitable question of the cost of a day pass at the Omni Resort and Hotel, here in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. Instead of writing out my response on each forum, I decided to just post the information here, and link to it, when the question arises again.
Nothing beats a personal referral. It was time for another dental checkup and cleaning, but this time we wanted to try someone new. Let’s be honest, we are all consumers of products and services, so there is absolutely nothing wrong with shopping around for these services, just like we shop for other items of importance.
Shopping in Mexico can be a real challenge and frustrating sometimes depending on what you are trying to buy. Even the simplest of things (simple to me, anyway) are difficult to obtain in any consistent manner. We basically spend a lot of time going to all the local stores (Chedraui, Sorianna, Walmart and Mega) looking for items.
When we lived in Playacar Fase II in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, we would walk pass the Xaman Ha Aviary on an almost daily basis. I’m embarrassed to say that we never took the time or opportunity to explore this attraction.
Ok. Let’s be honest. We all know people (lots of people) that get on their soap-boxes and scream from the top of their lungs about the perils, danger, and crime when vacationing and/or living in Mexico. Am I right?
