Jorge came in and reviewed all the needed work and gave us a reasonable quote and timeframe to complete the job. Jorge is an engineer and it showed in his detailed examination of our pool and filtration system. He kept us updated on progress with weekly reports that showed the percentage complete for each component of the project. He even translated it into English for us.
He and his team expertly corrected the electrical wiring and plumbing for our pool. They thoroughly cleaned all the Venetian tiles and replaced those that were damaged. He took the time to explain the operation of the pool filtration system to ensure we knew how to operate it correctly. He was very patient in the explanation since we had to use a translation app because we do not speak Spanish very well. He even referred us to the pool cleaners that clean his pool.
In addition to his exemplary work ethic, what we were most impressed with was his time management and communication skills. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with the work since the prior contractor took 2 weeks shy of 365 days and was still working on it…we thought it would never be finished…but Jorge and his team had the pool ready in a couple weeks.
